GPS 2016 recap part 5: Product roadmap


Continuing our follow-up to last year’s Global Partner Summit, which was our biggest Partner event ever, we’re highlighting six sessions from the two-day event. In this week’s installment, we feature one of the summit’s most popular sessions, Maz Sharafi’s presentation of the product roadmap. Maz is Facebook’s Product Marketing Director, DR and in this session—which was part of the day two Grow track—he talked about trends we’re thinking about, where we’re going and what we’re building.

The Grow track allowed Partners to sit down with leads from across Facebook, including product marketing, verticals, business and more. These Facebook experts shared key insights and business opportunities in areas such as verticals, products and emerging markets.

Global Partner Summit 2017 – Day 1

Global Partner Summit 2017 kicked off today at the Palace of Fine Arts and Exhibition Center in San Francisco. With more than 800 people in attendance, this is the biggest Partner event of the year. It’s where teams from Facebook, Instagram and Messenger share product roadmaps, explore opportunities for growth and talk about key trends and insights that will help the Partner community build boldly into the future.
